Ayurvedic Detox Cleansing - Use of Water, Juices and Herbal Teas

Ayurvedic detox cleansing drinks are available in the nature in various forms. These include water, juices and also herbal teas. Water as a cleansing drink is almost available to all people and at all places. This is the cheapest and most preferred Detox cleansing drink in the world. Yet, we do not consider this nature's gift as valuable. Taking a big glass of water first thing in the morning is known to promote health.

Fruit juices are another detox cleansing drink that are very easily available through out the world. However, juices vary from place to place and also from time to time. Fruits that are available in different countries are different due to climatic differences. Moreover, due to seasonal variations, different fruits are available at the same place. Hence, it is recommended in the harmony of ayurveda to treat seasonal juices often when they are available in your area.

Herbal Teas are another very useful form of drinks which naturally detox the body. In the Ayurvedic teachings there is a wide range of herbal teas that are available. However, most of the teas contain caffeine. Thus for a good herbal tea to be benificial it should be free from caffeine and that too naturally. Green tea is mostly considered as cleansing because it has powerful antioxidants so even though it has caffeine it is very cleansing.

Dandelion tea is good for cleansing. Also other good detox cleansing drinks include jasmine tea and lemon tea. It is advised in Ayurvedic teachings that the a person should try to taste different teas so that they find the one which they like most because the enjoyment of the aroma and flavor provide healing energy. In some cases, the herbal tea can be very bitter. But in such cases, a small touch of honey can do the trick. Ayurvedic detox cleansing drinks are as much important to the diet of any person as any food is so it is valuable to incorporate healing detox beverages into your daily routine.
